Donatas Noreika

| Psychologist | Therapist |

Donatas is a psychotherapist and lecturer who works with adults and adolescents, individually or in groups. He often helps his clients in adjusting to change and life transitions, adolescent counselling, behavioral and emotional problems, burnout, creativity issues, life balance, young adult issues and many others. He also works in the area of sport psychology and counseling, providing insights into mind functioning under stressful conditions. He consults in Lithuanian, Russian and English language.

For Donatas, every psychological consultation is a real encounter with another person – time when people temporarily put aside all other worries and try to look into what is bothering, hurting or unclear to them. The psychotherapist acts as an experienced companion who helps explore the client’s own intertwined passages.

Donatas received his degree in Clinical Psychology at the Vilnius University and worked in the Laboratory Science and Academical Psychology for some time. He investigated Psychophysiology and Visual Perception in his doctoral and postdoctoral studies. He also worked in the area of Biofeedback, an applied field of psychophysiology. He also studied and received long-term training in Existential Psychotherapy at the Humanistic and Existential Psychology Institute in Birštonas in Lithuania.  Today, he is primarily working at a psychotherapist in his private practice, as well as leading seminars and trainings in cooperation with different organizations.
