Lasma is a personal and professional development coach, consultant, and lecturer specializing in mental health topics such as stress, burnout, work-life balance, self-esteem, imposter syndrome, and others. With over 500 hours of individual coaching experience, she holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credentials from the International Coaching Federation. In addition to one-on-one coaching and consulting, Lasma facilitated numerous workshops, training sessions, and group support initiatives for organizations. She also developed self-development tools and resources designed to foster personal growth. Her mission is to empower individuals to overcome challenges and limiting beliefs, enabling them to live their best possible lives.
Lasma’s professional background spans from key account management, sales, marketing, and teaching in the "Teach for All" leadership program. She holds a double Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Entrepreneurship and Management. Additionally, she is certified in Team Coaching, Complex Trauma-Informed Practice, and Mindfulness. Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Psychology, with the goal of becoming a certified Clinical and Health Psychologist.
