Reelika Kravets

| Psychologist | Therapist |

Reelika is a psychotherapist who works with individual clients, couples, and families helping them to better understand, change, and improve their relationships – whether with themselves, close ones, or colleagues. She believes that significant transformations start with small steps at the level of an individual, a couple, and family. Her approach is rooted in the principle that any personal or family growth leads to positive changes on a broader scale. Her toolkit includes short therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and action-oriented psychodrama methods. She supports her clients in the areas of family troubles, problems in relationships, conflict resolution, low self-esteem, coping with negative circumstances in life, work-life balance and others. She consults in Estonian and English.

Reelika studied Social and Educational Sciences specializing in Andragogy at the Tallinn University and Strategic Human Resource Management at the Tallinn University of Technology. She also graduated from the Estonian School of Family Therapy and is trained in Systemic Psychotherapy. She has been consistently enhancing her expertise through various psychotherapy-related training programs, including psychopathology, addressing domestic violence, strengthening sibling relationships, and working with adolescents in challenging situations. Reelika provides counseling services since 2021 and has extensive experience in supporting leaders in organizational development and assisting teams in solving complex challenges. She is a member of the Estonian Association for Family Therapy.
