One of our nice work 'duties' during our teambuilding in Valencia was a strategic meeting where we planned, discussed, enjoyed and thought about how to enrich our clients in the upcoming period. In addition to feeling like we were on vacation, we also gave each other the gift of gratitude. The Gallery of Gratitude is an opportunity to thank each person on the team by writing him/her the words of thanks. It something we do regularly and each time it is an amazing experience, which unites the team and strengthens our relationships.
The unconventional experience during this outdoor workshop brought our team a new dimension to the common perception of non-verbal communication. Through the movement of our own body and through our own experience, we learned how to perceive and understand the whole movement of the body in its complexity and uniqueness. It was surprising how we managed to relax and fully enjoy our own natural movement.
We planned it for a long time. We waited for months. And finally, everything worked out. Teambuilding outside of Slovakia. Valencia became our choice - the city of football, great food, significant history and beautiful architecture. We spent three wonderful days together getting to know each other and living memorable moments. The main idea of this teambuilding was gratitude. We show it in the team often and the word “thank you” is part of our daily communication. However, bringing gratitude to our teambuilding had a completely different dimension. We have an amazing boss who sets an example for us and this amazing trip was a sign of her gratitude for our work. We are a happy and grateful team!
Training makes perfect! After two years of online development, we indulged in an intensive presentation skills training. The opportunity to stand in front of a live audience, experiencing eye contact, immediate feedback and the influx of energy during a dialogue with the group was immensely enjoyable. At Human Dynamic, we desire to be charismatic speakers and lecturers who bring to workshop participants an unconventional and unforgettable experience. Our gratitude goes to Tibor Kocsis for his unique workshop, his energy, perceptive insights and professional feedback to our skills development.
On one beautiful sunny morning, our team celebrated March’s birthdays (and namedays), while enjoying a wonderful breakfast together. Dear Gabriela, Katarina and Tomas, congratulations and many joyful moments in the coming weeks and months. We are glad that you are part of our team!
We are proud of our colleague Mishel who completed an accredited course, final examination and certification to be the Lecturer of Lifelong Learning. Mishel, congratulations!
Our job is more than work; it is a calling. When we support and help other people, it can be exhausting sometimes. That’s when we need to enjoy the time together outside of work doing something completely different. This teambuilding confirmed that each of us is unique, which can be evident from our artistic creations.
At the end of January, we enjoyed the team breakfast at Werk Restaurant and celebrated birthdays and name-days of our colleagues, which is our monthly tradition. Dear Emma, Tanicka and Palko, we wish you all the best and many joyful days ahead. We hope that our team can have these special moments outside the office in the months to come.
Bullying, aggression and humiliation is a real problem of many teens. What can provoke aggression in teenagers and how can we prevent it? When and why can conflicts turn into abuse? What signs should parents pay attention to? Answers to these questions and more can be heard in this (Hungarian) podcast with our colleague and psychologist, Emma Kiss Csala, on the internet news portal parameter.sk.
At the beginning of the year the team devotes one day to discussing our team’s strategy, direction and opportunities for the next 6 months. And it is never boring! Part of this day is also our self and team’s learning and development, and this time the topic was feedback and criticism. We realized how important it is to candidly talk about our concerns and dissatisfactions to each other. Although we were scared to receive and give feedback at first, the most interesting realization through the process was that we felt closer to each other and stronger as a team.
Wishing you a beautiful Christmas and inspiration for the new year!
